Autumn 2025
A bounty of preserved summer fruits, a colourful array of wild apples, pears, medlar and quince, fresh rain on parched soil bringing tender garden greens, wild mushrooms and native pepper-berries from the forests, cool ocean waters with sweet shellfish, umami rich seaweed and schools of fatty bluefin tuna, the richness of past season’s charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses.
Following our busiest summer period to date, we are so grateful for the dedication and professionalism of our talented team. We all look forward to continuing the narrative of Australian cuisine with you this autumn.
Reservations for our autumn menu will open at 9am on the 1st of February.
We will be closed from the 16th of May.
