We can only bake 2 loaves at a time so pickup times are limited for this product. Please select the bake time below. Your bread will only be available after the time chosen.
To prepare this bread as a dinner loaf, as we do in the restaurant, gently wet the bread under the tap to hydrate all sides prior to baking in a hot oven, resting on baking paper for about 18-24 minutes each side or until crisp. Best served with cultured butter (sold separately).
